2. Digital Products

All products sold through Inktera.shop are digital ebooks in PDF format. No physical products are shipped. Each product page provides accurate descriptions, including title, format, language, and relevant details. If you have any questions about a product, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing at sales@inktera.shop.

3. Purchase Process

Upon successful payment via PayPal, credit card, or debit card, you will automatically receive an email with a download link. An account will also be created for you to access your purchases directly on our website. The download link is valid for 10 days, with a maximum of 3 download attempts per product.
For bank transfers, you must send proof of payment along with your order number to sales@inktera.shop. Once verified, we will send the download link. If you fail to notify us within 10 days of purchase, the transaction will be considered closed, and no further access will be granted.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases where the file is defective and cannot be replaced. If you receive a defective file, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase. We will attempt to provide a corrected version; if not possible, we will issue a refund. Inktera is not responsible for typographical or grammatical errors within the content of ebooks, as these are the responsibility of the publisher or original editor.

5. Usage Restrictions

All ebooks purchased from Inktera.shop are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, distribute, or reproduce the files in any way without prior written consent from Inktera. Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Technical Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software or apps to open and read PDF files. Inktera.shop provides a Downloads section with recommended programs and applications compatible with different devices.
