What format are the ebooks?
All titles at Inktera are delivered as PDF digital files.
Are all ebooks in English?
Yes. Our catalog is focused on English-language ebooks.
How do I download my ebook after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed (PayPal, credit or debit card), you’ll automatically receive an email with a secure download link. An account is also created for you so you can access your files from the My Account area.
How long is my download link valid?
Download links are valid for 10 days from purchase.
How many times can I download a purchased ebook?
You can download each purchased file up to 3 times within the 10-day period.
I didn’t receive the download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam/promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact sales@inktera.shop within 10 days of purchase and we’ll assist you.
How do bank transfers work?
For bank transfers, email your payment confirmation to sales@inktera.shop with your order number, name, and transfer details. After verification, we’ll send your download link.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards, and bank transfers.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes. All displayed prices include taxes. Prices are listed in USD.
Which countries do you serve?
We primarily serve English-speaking customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and other regions globally.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital, all sales are final. If your file is defective or corrupted, email support@inktera.shop within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll try to replace it; if that’s not possible, we’ll issue a refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
Can I return a non-defective digital product?
No. Digital files cannot be returned once delivered. Please review product details before purchasing and contact us with any questions.
Are ebooks for personal use only?
Yes. Purchases are for personal use only. Resale, sharing, redistribution, or publication without authorization is not permitted.
What if my device can’t open the PDF?
Visit our upcoming Downloads page for recommended apps and readers compatible with PDFs on different devices. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.
Do I need an account to access my files?
An account is created automatically with your first purchase so you can access your files and order history from My Account.
How do I close my account?
Email support@inktera.shop with your username and registered email to request account closure.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
Which devices are compatible?
PDFs can be read on most PC/Mac, tablets, phones, and many e-readers that support PDF. We recommend up-to-date readers such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent apps.

Can prices change?
Yes. Prices may vary due to promotions or market adjustments. Changes do not affect completed orders.
What if a product description or price has a typo?
In the event of an obvious typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Editorial typos within ebooks are the responsibility of the original publisher/editor.
Is the site ever unavailable?
Occasionally, Inktera may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or technical issues.
