At Inktera, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Because we sell digital products in the form of downloadable eBooks in PDF format, our refund and return policy has been designed to be clear, fair, and transparent while respecting the nature of our products.
Digital Product Nature
All products sold on Inktera are digital files and are delivered via download links. Once a purchase is completed and the file is made available to you, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds once the download link has been delivered, unless the file is proven to be defective.
Defective or Corrupted Files
If you believe the file you downloaded is defective, damaged, or corrupted, you must notify us within 48 hours of your purchase by emailing support@inktera.shop. Please include your order number, product title, and a description of the problem. Our team will review the issue and attempt to provide you with a corrected file.
If we can replace the defective file, you will receive a new link within the same 48-hour period.
If we are unable to provide a corrected file, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method.
No Returns for Non-Defective Files
Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:
You have changed your mind after the purchase.
You purchased the wrong title by mistake.
The file format (PDF) is incompatible with your device, but you did not use our Downloads section where compatible reading apps and software are listed.
You failed to download your purchase within the allowed period of 10 days and did not contact us within that time frame.
Delivery and Download Access
Upon successful payment via PayPal, credit or debit card, you will automatically receive an email with a secure download link. Your Inktera account will also be created automatically, allowing you to log in and download your purchase. The link is valid for 10 days and allows a maximum of 3 downloads per file.
If you do not receive your download email after a successful payment, please contact us at sales@inktera.shop immediately. For bank transfers, please email your payment confirmation to sales@inktera.shop with your order number. The download link will be sent once the payment is verified.
Responsibility for Content
While we strive to offer only high-quality eBooks, Inktera is not responsible for typographical errors, grammatical mistakes, or poor editing in files, as these issues originate from the publisher or editor of the eBook.
